For feedback on the Central Finland Health Care District services, please use this e-form.

Do not include any confidential patient information or personal data in your message. If your feedback concerns your treatment, please contact the relevant unit directly by phone or in writing.

If you have encountered any problems regarding your treatment, you can contact the patient ombudsmen. If you have witnessed an incident compromising patient safety, please use the report form for dangerous incidents. For more information on privacy protection, see here.

Please note that we cannot respond to anonymous messages. Your feedback is fully confidential. We will respond to your feedback as soon as possible. During holiday seasons, responding may take more time than usual.
