Evaluating your practical training

Evaluation is an essential part of all learning processes and professional development. The staff of your training unit will give you individual, constructive and goal-based feedback throughout your training, both orally and in writing. The basis of student evaluation are the professional skills requirements of health professionals. Evaluation is based on the goals set by the school and the hospital, as well as the personal goals of each student. Development discussions are held when you’re halfway through your clinical training and at the end of it.  The final evaluation report will be represented in writing as well. Development discussions are held between the student and the supervisor, and when possible, the teacher.

We hope you enjoy your clinical training and workplace learning!
